Will you be trying to conceive in the next year? Let’s work together to optimize your reproductive health, your nutrition, and your menstrual cycle beforehand! The preconception window (at least 3 months but ideally 6 months) is critical for establishing a healthy pregnancy. It takes 3 months for an egg to mature (sperm too!) so what you do in the 3 months before conceiving is so important!

I’ll work with you 1:1 (and your partner too!) via zoom to optimize your diet and lifestyle and teach you how to identify your fertile window to maximize your chances of conceiving. You’ll learn from private, personalized and comprehensive calls.

Want an analysis of your chart from an expert? I’ll review your chart (or charts) and can send you my interpretation and any recommendations via email or on a zoom! Some common questions I get when analyzing charts: did I ovulate? Are my cycle parameters normal? How can I lengthen my luteal phase? As a Certified Fertility Awareness Educator I’ll help you gain confidence with chart interpretation!
